We have identified many ways in which new services can add value to our existing offer to customers, for example, by creating new jobs and training opportunities, as well as enhanced direct services. We will also add value by designing services around individual customers, through developing our personalised service offer.
Generate profits to invest in services
This is a priority for new enterprise opportunities and clearly sets out that any profits generated will be re-invested in line with our overall business objectives and priorities.
Enhance our credibility
This priority emphasises the importance of promoting what we do and celebrating the success and added value of our new services, so that we reach our existing and future customers.
