Praise or Grumble

We are always interested in your feedback and suggestions as to how we can improve our service Please let us know of any praise for or any grumbles about any aspect of our service or any of our staff. You can email us or call us on 0114 2702 685.

Examples of praise or grumble will include the following, although it should be noted this is not an exhaustive list:

A complimentary comment, and/or a thank you when a member of our staff (or one of our contractors) have provided a high level of service - eg. “Thank you for your help in sorting out xxxxx” or “I’m grateful that your colleague wore overshoes and left everything so neat and tidy” or “I don’t know what I would have done without the help of xxxx”

A grumble or moan about something we could have done better – eg. “Your contractors left the old kitchen units in the garden…..I’ve already asked for them to be moved but nothing has happened” or “Your landscapers haven’t cleared up the leaves properly…..they’ve just blown them under the bushes”

A request for something we (currently) do not, or have not provided – eg A tenants suggestion of how we can improve what we doAn advice that a promised service has not been delivered within the expected timescale – eg. “I was expecting the contractor yesterday, as agreed, but no-one turned up” or “You promised you’d update me last week but no-one’s been in touch”
