How are we doing?
We want to keep you informed as to how we are doing. We have made good progress on a number of our key performance indicators and are particularly pleased with the improvements in our levels of customer satisfaction.
We have also made significant improvements in the speed of dealing with complaints. One of 'Our Promises' is to respond within 2 weeks and this is now being consistently achieved.
