Residents may recall from our “Keeping In Touch” magazine that we are offering all our customers who have gas appliances the opportunity to be the winner of £100.00 in High Street Vouchers.
To have the chance to win, all you need to do is be at home and allow our contractors access on the first appointment date to carry out a gas service.
Sounds easy? You may be surprised how many of our customers fail to allow access on our first visit.
Gas servicing is important, as SYHA have a duty to ensure that all properties with gas appliances are serviced annually to make sure appliances are working efficiently and safely. You should also have a gas safety check done on all gas fittings and appliances every year.
As our way of saying thank you to those of you who do honour our first appointments we decided along with our gas contractors “Gas Maintenance & Training Limited” that we would like to reward you.
The names of all of those customer who allow access on the first appointment date are placed into a draw which will happen twice yearly with the chance to win £100.00 in High Street vouchers.

Don’t forget the next draw for £100.00 of High Street vouchers will take place in April for properties where we have gained entry on the first attempt to service gas appliances between the 1st November and 31st March.
