Launch of our Customer Promises
As well as being April fools day the 1st of April is the day that we are pleased to launch our new range of Promises.
They are Promises that we are making to our customers on Customer service, Repairs and maintenance, Customer involvement and empowerment, Managing your neighbourhood, Managing anti social behaviour and Dealing with complaints.
