SYHA achieve ‘Criteria for Excellence’ in customer service
Quality Housing Services (QHS) are an independent body specialising in improving the level of customer service provided by housing providers.
We joined QHS in July 2006 to support our drive for customer service excellence. QHS measure our performance on a range of services by mystery shopping exercises, customer telephone surveys and site audits.
We were pleased to meet their 'Criteria for Excellence' in 2008 and delighted to attain an advanced level of accreditation in 2010.
While we are pleased with the progress we have made in improving the service we provide we know there is always further improvements we can make. If you have any comments on our service please let us know:
