Tell us how we measure up
If you are an SYHA tenancy or occupancy agreement holder you will shortly be receiving a satisfaction survey from us asking you how satisfied you are with SYHA
We do this every 3 years and use what the people that reply tell us to help plan improvements to our services.
We know that you may be asked to fill out many surveys by a range of different organisations but we would really appreciate it if you could take time to fill out and return this one to us. We need your feedback so we can know more about what we do well and where we need to do better.
To say thank you to everyone that completes and returns the survey will be entered in to a prize draw to win a share of £250.There will be 5 winners that will each receive £50 worth of High Street Vouchers.
We will let you know on the website and in a future newsletter the results of the survey and how we will be using what you told us to make improvements to our services.
