Every time you order a repair to your property, you will receive confirmation of your order and also a satisfaction questionnaire.

These questionnaires are an important part of helping us to improve our repairs service; and, as a reward for completing your questionnaire; you have a chance of winning £50 of High Street shopping vouchers.
