Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Last autumn we invited everyone who rents a home or receives support from SYHA to complete a satisfaction survey asking about their satisfaction with SYHA’s services, their home and neighbourhood.

We have just received the results of the survey and are delighted that our customers have given us their best ever rating!

2,375 people completed the survey. That’s 43% of our customers.

87% of customers that rent a home from us from us said they are satisfied with our services.

88% of customers that receive support from us said they are satisfied with our services.

This is an improvement on how our customers have rated us in previous surveys and is the best result of all of the other local Housing Organisations that we compare our performance against.

We are putting a report together giving customers more details about the survey results and it will be available on this website before the end of January.

Over the coming months we will also be using the results to help us prioritise improvements to our services so we can further improve the satisfaction of our customers.
