SYHA and Chevin Share and Compare

SYHA has two Customer Panels called the Resident Improvement Panel and the Communications Panel.

Last year we reviewed how the Panels work and Panel Members said they would like to meet with residents from another Landlord to find out how their experiences compare.

We set up a session with Customers from Chevin Housing who are a member of the Together Housing Group.

The ‘Share and Compare’ Session was a success and the Panel Members that attended said they enjoyed it, got a lot out of it and would like to come together again.

Together with staff from Chevin we are working on how we can use the feedback from the session and to organise the next get together.
