SYHA wins over £1.7 million to build affordable homes

We are delighted to have won over £1.7 million from the Homes and Communities Agency to build new and affordable homes.

Our in house Architect team will be designing the four schemes which will extend to Sheffield, Barnsley and North Lincolnshire.

All the homes will be built to the government’s Code for Sustainable Homes level 4.Building work will start before the end of March 2011 with all the new homes completed by December 2011.
