We’re on top of ASB

Your satisfaction scores put SYHA in the lead for handling Anti Social Behaviour

In 2010/11 we had 429 instances of ASB reported to us; this was a similar number to the year before.

We undertake regular satisfaction surveys of customers who have reported ASB and from almost 300 surveys completed:

-84% were satisfied with our overall handling;

-82% were satisfied with the outcome and/or actions taken;

-91% would be willing to report ASB to us in the future.

While these results put us amongst the best performing housing providers we recognise that we can always improve.

We continue to develop our services and our Promises for handling ASB were based on the things that are important to our customers.
