General enquiries
Our customer service team are happy to help with any general enquiries you may have. You can contact them in the following ways:
- By phone on 0114 2900 200. Calls are answered 9am-5pm monday to friday excluding bank holiday.

Your rent account
For any enquiries relating to your rent account you need to contact your rent management officer.
Your tenancy & community
For enquiries relating to your community which could include environmental problems, tenancy management, nuisance and ways to get involved, contact your neighbourhood officer.
