What if the ASB is being caused by someone who is not an SYHA resident?
Your Neighbourhood Officer will make enquiries to find out who the landlord is of the address you are having problems with. If we find that they are a council tenant or a tenant of another housing association we will contact them about their resident.
If the person causing the ASB owns their own house we can still take action if the ASB is serious and ongoing, by applying for a legal injunction. It would mean you keeping an incident log of all the events, and may mean that you will have to attend court.
