What happens once I have reported it?

interview imageOne of our Neighbourhood Officers will arrange to visit you at a place that is convenient for you; this could be at your home, at an SYHA office, or somewhere neutral.

When they visit you they will ask for details about the ASB and explain the options that are available to us in dealing with it.

With your permission we will normally contact the person who is causing the ASB (the subject) and discuss the allegations directly with them.

People don't always realise the damaging effect their behaviour is having on other people and by talking to them about it we can often resolve the problem.
