Customer Panels

We have three customer panels that work with us to help us to improve our services and the way we communicate with our customers.

The panels are called the Improvement Panel, Communications Panel and Armchair Panel. For information about select the remit for the panel you are interested in below.

We are always looking for more SYHA customers to join the panels. For the Improvement and Communications Panels we have a person specification that describes what we are looking for from our Panel members. You can view the person specifications by selecting the links below.
