Don't ignore letters.

Set up a direct debit to make sure you make regular payments.

Contact your Rent Management Officer at our Wellington Street Office - they will talk to you about how you can catch up with your rent.

If you can't pay all the arrears at once they will help you sort out a repayment agreement. This will mean you have to pay your rent plus something off the arrears every week.

If you keep to the agreement we will not take any further action against you. If you do not keep to the agreement, you may lose your home.
