Payments from your bank can be taken out on a monthly or weekly basis. If you choose to pay by direct debit you need to pay a month in advance if you are paying monthly and a week in advance if you are paying weekly.
You can set up a direct debit to come out of your bank on a specific day each week or month.
Once you have set up a direct debit it can take at least 12 working days for SYHA to receive a payment. You need to make sure that you continue to make payments by other means until the first payment date. You will receive confirmation from us as to the first and subsequent payment dates once we have processed your form.
To set up a direct debit you need to fill out a direct debit form. If you do not wish to download the form you can telephone 0114 2900 200 and request a form be posted out to you.
Once you have completed the form, please return to the customer services department at our Sheffield office.
