Emergency repairs

We aim to complete an emergency repair within 24 hours, this may be by making a repair or in the case of a part being required, alternative ways of overcoming the emergency ie, loan heaters.

Examples of emergency repairs include:

• Blocked drains
• Burst pipes
• Severe roof leaks
• Blockage of only toilet
• Total loss of electrical power or light
• Loss of gas
• Loss of heating in cold weather where no other form of heating is available
