Appointments
We now have the facility to appoint most works. You can request a morning or afternoon call (avoiding such times as school runs.) Obviously this can restrict how quickly we can respond to your repairs and, where possible, we would ask that you give as much flexibility as possible.

Planned work
This is usually work which isn't needed straight away, for example, external painting, kitchen & bathroom replacements or window and door replacements.
