www.respect.gov.uk - Government website giving information on preventing and tackling anti-social behaviour.

www.fixmystreet.com - A website through which you can report problems in your local area. If you see something broken in your area, visit the site, report it and the website emails the relevant part of the appropriate local council with a copy of the report.

www.recyclenow.com - This website has lots on it. Lots of information about recycling, including what and where you can recycle in your local area.

The Citizens Advice Bureau helps people resolve their legal,money and other problems by providing free, independant and confidential advice.

Child Support Agency. The Department for Work and Pensions' Child Support Agency works to deliver child support services to help reduce child poverty.

NHS Direct. Government service backed by a team of on-call nurses. Consult the directory of common symptoms and find out when and where to get help.

Shelterline. Housing and homeless charity.
