agency services
The Agency Services Team manages 590 bedspaces in Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield and Doncaster. We work with 27 Voluntary Sector Agencies to provide accommodation and support for residents with a diverse range of support needs.

We have a management agreement with each Agency, which provides a contractual basis for our working relationship. The Agencies provide housing management services on behalf of South Yorkshire Housing Association. They therefore deal directly with referrals and lettings. The Agencies also provide support and work directly as providers to their local Supporting People teams.

We are responsible for monitoring all aspects of the housing management service undertaken by our Agencies. We also provide guidance, support and training.
