You should contact us immediately when you notice a repair is required. You can do this in several ways:
By phone
You can call our freephone number on 0800 1380 380 (all repairs) 
or,
you can text the word REPAIR to 63333 (routine repairs only).
You will receive an acknowledgement of your text and we will do our best to ring you back within the working day to arrange your repair.

In person
Call into our office at 43-47 Wellington Street, Sheffield, S1 4HF.
To enable us to plan your repair we will ask you:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your telephone number (landline & mobile if available)
- What the repair is and where it is
- Your availability ie, do you have children and do not want us to call around school run times?
For all urgent and routine repairs we can agree a morning or afternoon visit to suit your requirements. If an appointment is made and you are not at home when we call, the repairs will be cancelled.
