The lettable standard tells you what condition you can expect to find a property offered to you by South Yorkshire Housing Association. Your new home will be safe, secure and clean.

All properties must meet our lettable standards as a minimum.

SYHA's waiting lists are currently closed. Although we are not accepting direct applications for rented homes, you can still access SYHA homes as they are now advertised through your local council's 'Choice Based Lettings' system.

Choice Based Lettings is a system where you apply for an individual property of your choice, rather than waiting for an offer of a property. You can express your interest ('bid') for our properties which will be advertised at the following places:
