how to get involved
We are always looking at different ways residents can get involved to help us improve our services and to keep residents informed about our performance. We are also eager to build residents skills and capacity.

Following a service review of Resident Involvement we are creating a menu of different ways that residents can get involved including

  • Being part of a resident group
  • Attending a Focus Group on a particular topic
  • Receiving information about resident involvement through the post
  • Completing surveys
  • Attending the Resident Conference
  • Being a member of the following Panels
    • Resident Communication Panel
    • Resident Improvement Panel

If you are interested in getting involved in any of the above contact the Community First Team or ask for a form to register on the Involvement database (see details below). To contact the team click here.

Resident Involvement Database

This is a database of residents who have said that they are willing to get involved. The database holds details about the issues individual residents are interested in. If you would like to get involved click here to request a form (complete the form) so you can tell us what you are interested in getting involved with.
