South Yorkshire Housing Association has three Neighbourhood teams

• The Chesterfield Team covers Chesterfield, Eckington, North East Derbyshire, and Worksop, and can be contacted on 01246 200215.

Your Neighbourhood Officer

Unless you need to report or query a repair your Neighbourhood Officer is your main point of contact at SYHA. They can help you with queries about tenancy conditions, rent arrears, housing benefits claims, re-housing, neighbour nuisance anti-social behaviour or harassment issues and give advice about neighbourhood services provided by SYHA.

• By telephone
  Using the office telephone numbers listed above, telephone the Team that covers the area you live in and ask to speak to your Neighbourhood Officer.
  
  
• Visiting the Office
  You can call into the office to meet your Neighbourhood Officer. They are often out of the office visiting residents so it is better to call first call to make an appointment to see them.
  
  
• Home Visits
  If you have difficulty travelling into an office and your issue can not be dealt with over the telephone we can arrange a home visit. Contact your Neighbourhood Officer to make arrangements.
