Customer involvement is really important to us. And there’s no-one better placed to tell us about the services we provide than the real experts – our customers!
They are in the best position to tell us what they want and how we can make that happen. But for us to be able to do this we need our customers to get involved in the work we do. That’s why we offer all our customers the chance to get involved in a range of activities that are designed to help us improve the services we offer.

The Customer Improvement Panel is a group of customers who work with us to improve how we communicate with customers and help to review and comment on different aspects of our services.
“My home is not part of an estate, so I’ve enjoyed meeting other social housing residents. It’s also interesting to meet SYHA staff and get the chance to have some input into the housing association’s projects and policies” Gilly, Sheffield
The panel is open to all of our customers to join and usually meets on the last Thursday of the month, at our head office in Sheffield. We’ve usually got loads of things to share with the group so we make sure to put on refreshments for each meeting.
