When you join the club you can tell us the things that interest you so that you can get involved in the ways you want to get involvedWe think there are lots of benefits – both for our customers and us. By being involved you get the chance to have a say in what we do at SYHA and you are the best people to tell us what we can do better. We benefit from you being involved as customers really do make a difference helping to improve our services for all our customers.

Customer Improvement Panel

The Customer Improvement Panel is a group of customers who work with SYHA to improve how we communicate with customers and help to review and comment on different aspects of our services.

“My home is not part of an estate, so I’ve enjoyed meeting other social housing residents. It’s also interesting to meet SYHA staff & get the chance to have some input into the Housing Association’s projects and policies” Gilly, Sheffield 

The panel is open to all our customers to join and usually meets on the last Thursday of the month, with the exception of August and December, at our Head Office in Sheffield. Refreshments are provided and any out of pocket expenses are covered.
