Paying your rent

There are lots of different ways for you to pay your rent. So whichever way works best for you just let us know.

Direct Debit

We recommend setting up a Direct Debit to pay your rent as it is the easiest and most convenient way of paying. Payments are made directly from your bank or building society account and you can choose the date or day that the payment is made.

How to switch

To set up a Direct Debit just contact us for a form or download one below. All you need to do is return the completed form to us and we’ll do the rest. It can take up to two weeks for it to be processed, so you will need to pay by another method in the meantime.

If you would prefer to pay online you can make secure payments by visiting You’ll need your AllPay card as well as your debit or credit card to make the payment.


If you have a smartphone why not try the new AllPay app? You can download it for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play.


To make payments over the phone simply call AllPay on 0844 557 8321. Just follow the instructions and make sure you’ve got your AllPay card and debit or credit card details to hand.

AllPay swipe card

You can use an AllPay swipe card to pay your rent at any of the 24,000 Pay Point outlets across the country. When you make your payment make sure you keep both your receipts and keep them somewhere safe – this is your proof of payment.
