We’re listening

We want to know what’s important to you. Great customer service means different things to different people. It might mean hearing a friendly voice, or finding out what you need quickly – what’s top of your list?

We’re looking for SYHA tenants to join us on Wednesday 22nd November at Meadowhall to have a chat about the different ways you come into contact with us.

It doesn’t matter what it is, whether you’ve got in touch with us about your rent, to report anti-social behaviour, share a praise, make a complaint or apply for a job, we want to hear from you.

We’ll keep you fed, watered and refreshed while you’re with us.

Best of all, to say thank you for your time you go away with a £25 Meadowhall gift card that you can use straight away to treat yourself or start your Christmas shopping.

We’ll also cover the cost of your travel  to and from Meadowhall to say a further thank you for your time.
