We make investments through our Social Value Fund.
- Our typical investments are between £10k and £100k
- We offer bespoke funding packages which cover debt, equity and quasi-equity
- There is an expected minimum return of 7-10% per annum, and full payback in under 10 years
- We’ll use our experience and networks to help you grow your business.
Our investment criteria:
- Investments that align with our purpose, and that target issues faced in the housing, health and/or social care sector
- Companies with a well-formulated strategy and clear vision for growth
- Located in the Sheffield City Region.
