Pay my rent

There are lots of different quick and secure ways for you to pay your rent.

Direct debit

Direct debit is the easiest and most convenient way of paying your rent. Payments are made directly from your bank or building society account, and you can choose the date or day that the payment is made.

How to switch
To set up a direct debit, contact us for a direct debit form or download the form. All you need to do is return the completed form to us and we’ll do the rest. It can take up to two weeks for the form to be processed, so you will need to pay by another method until this is complete.

Online

If you would prefer to pay online you can make secure payments by visiting www.allpay.net. You’ll need both your AllPay card and your debit or credit card to make the payment.

App

If you have a smartphone, you can pay your rent using the AllPay app. You can download the app for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Phone

To make payments over the phone simply call AllPay on 0844 557 8321. Just follow the instructions, and make sure you’ve got your AllPay card and debit or credit card details to hand

AllPay swipe card

You can use an AllPay swipe card to pay your rent at any of the 24,000 PayPoint outlets across the country. When you make your payment make sure you keep both your receipts and keep them somewhere safe – this is your proof of payment.
