Pay my rent

There are lots of different quick and secure ways for you to pay your rent.

Direct debit

Direct debit is the easiest and most convenient way of paying your rent. Payments are made directly from your bank or building society account, and you can choose the date or day that the payment is made.

How to switch
To set up a direct debit, contact us for a direct debit form or download the form. All you need to do is return the completed form to us and we’ll do the rest. It can take up to two weeks for the form to be processed, so you will need to pay by another method until this is complete.

Online

You can make secure online card payments by visiting my.syha.co.uk. You can also view your rent balance, view your repairs history, and update your details.
