We’re collaborating with Age UK CamdenLeeds Older People’s Forum and Torbay Communities on the new Good Practice Mentor programme.

We offer free support for organisations to increase their engagement with older people. We can work with you to make improvements and changes to your services, learn more about co-production, and to reach more people in your community. Find out more about the Good Practice Mentors and meet the team.

The Good Practice Mentor programme brings together legacy, learning and resources from Ageing Better. Ageing Better was a seven year project that worked to reduce loneliness for people aged 50+, and engaged more than 150,000 people in over 366 projects.

Each Good Practice Mentor partner brings a unique set of learning and skills, and together we offer free training, bespoke support, and innovative resources – including our co-production toolkit.

We support organisations to reach, connect with and empower older people in their community. We achieve this by sharing our previous learning, experiences and resources, and exploring any challenges you’re facing and your aspirations for the future.

Get involved

We can help you to find and highlight the voices of older people in the community, and create the right environment for developing local opportunities, connections and networks. We’ll also support you to build skills and confidence, influence decision makers, and drive system change.
