Partner with us

Our approach to designing and delivering services enables us to offer opportunities and support that are diverse, inclusive, and that bring together everyone’s strengths.

We work in partnership with organisations across South Yorkshire to deliver many of our services and projects.

Working with our wonderful partners provides opportunities to share resources, expertise and ideas, and creates innovative and holistic services for our customers.

Here are some of our current partnerships:

We’re part of the South Yorkshire Housing Partnership, which is a group of 11 local housing associations. We aim to work with the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) and local authorities to increase the supply of affordable homes, tackle the climate emergency, improve people’s health and wellbeing, prevent homelessness, and more.

Birch Avenue is a specialist CQC registered care home for people living with dementia who have complex needs that require nursing care. South Yorkshire Housing Association is the landlord, and Sheffield Health and Social Care Trust (SHSCT) provide the care and support.

Referrals can be made through SHSCT, and the person must be in receipt of Continuing Health Care funding. Read the latest CQC report for Birch Avenue.

We work with local partners on our Housing First services in Rotherham, Chesterfield and Doncaster.

LivingWell, our pioneering partnership with Sheffield Health and Social Care Foundation Trust, working to ensure that local people accessing mental health services have the safety and security of their own home.

“My plea to the rest of the country is to follow what Sheffield have done. It’s an inspiring story of what’s achievable”

Reuniting the Generations, an intergenerational project led by the social enterprise BeWell, and delivered at Whitfield House in Glossop and alongside South View Day Nursery.

“We know how much the children enjoy spending time with the residents at Whitfield House and how valuable the interaction can be for everyone. We look forward to making visits part of our weekly routine, and we have already been given a vote of confidence from our parents and a big thumbs-up from the children.”
