We have homes to rent throughout South Yorkshire, and in North and West Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
You can find a home through choice based lettings. To bid for one of our homes, you’ll need to be registered with the local authority in the area you’d like to live in.
We also have direct to let and shared ownership homes.
Bidding for a home
All the local authorities we work with offer choice based lettings. This means that all of our available properties are advertised online, and you can register your interest in a property by bidding for it. The listing will explain who can bid for each property.

To bid for one of our homes, you’ll first need to be registered with the local authority in the area you’d like to live in.
Some local authorities will give you the option of registering and bidding for a home online. You can find out more about registering and bidding by getting in touch with your local council.
