Over2You aims to raise the aspirations of what people expect from health and care providers and give customers a real voice in driving up the quality of the services they access.

Working across Sheffield City Region, we’re working alongside customers to gather their feedback and experiences to help shape the future of local services.

We’re learned and achieved a lot from delivering Over2You so far – you can read our evaluation report here. We’re making some exciting changes to Over2You, which you’ll see on our brand new website… keep an eye on our Twitter for updates!

Over 2 our volunteers

Our volunteers have made real changes to local health and care services – take a look at Stephen and Nicola’s stories below for a taster of the work we’ve done.

I volunteer as an information session leader and help plan sessions. With support from the Over2You team I travel to different services and speak to groups about what great quality care looks like to them. We also talk about what to do if they think their care is not as good as it should be. I have in situations myself when I have wanted to change something about my care, so I know how important it is that we understand how to do it.” Stephen

I have lived in lots of different supported houses and now get support in the community. I volunteer as a Quality Researcher so I can lend a hand to other people like me. We talk about their health and the services they use and I find out what they really want from it. I think people trust me because they know I am in exactly the same boat as they are. They know I won’t judge them and I’ll understand.” Nicola
