Our Strategic Plan captures our priorities for the next 12 months and future goals with Places for People (PfP). This plan is a refreshed version of our 2025-27 strategy – and the changes reflect our progress with securing a partner, making improvements to our governance processes, and maintaining excellent performance across the organisation.
Our five strategic themes are now Homes, Customers, Performance, Finance and Growth and Legacy, and they describe how we’ll continue to fulfil our vision for our customers, colleagues and the region.
