Last week, we welcomed our customers to a Meet the Housing Ombudsman event at our Rockingham Street home in Sheffield. A huge thank you to the 40 customers that joined us in-person and online.
Attending from the Housing Ombudsman Service were Richard Blakeway, the Housing Ombudsman, Andrea Keenoy, Chief Operating Officer, and Mark Lawrence, Communications Manager. Richard spoke about the Ombudsman’s role in resolving customer complaints, and how they support landlords to improve their services and share best practice. Our customers were invited to ask questions about the services offered by the Ombudsman, and there were also opportunities to share their questions and feedback about the services we provide.
