This weekend (Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd February) our online customer services will be unavailable because of an update to our IT servers. The work is expected to be completed by Monday 23rd February.
This will mean customers will be unable to view or pay their rent online, or use our system to tell us about a routine repair.
Over the weekend, you can tell us about non-emergency repairs by emailing repairs@syha.co.uk.
As always, you can tell us about an emergency repair at any time (such as no heating, no power, an uncontainable leak) by contacting us on 0800 1380 380 and you will be connected to our out of hours team.
