Our Chief Executive
Tony Stacey has been our CEO since 1996 and has more than 30 years’ experience as Chief Executive of two housing associations, South Yorkshire Housing Association and Hexagon. During his time at SYHA the organisation has won a string of national awards including Most Innovative Social Housing Organisation in the country and Best Provider of Care and Supported Housing.
Tony is a member of the Housing Board of Sheffield’s LEP and sat on their Fairness Commission. He also chaired national housing group PlaceShapers for five years, championing the role of community based associations. Over the past five years Tony has featured in each of 24 Housing’s top 50 most influential housing association Chief Executive’s in the country, finishing in 3rd in 2014.
Sharron is our Director of Housing Services, with lead responsibility for all our general needs housing as well as our Human Resources department.
Joining the organisation back in August 2007, Sharron has over 30 years experience in social housing, managing the homelessness service at Sheffield Council and more recently Assistant Director at Sheffield Homes, Sheffield’s former ALMO.
Prior to joining us Juliann was Deputy Chief Executive of South Yorkshire based Autism Plus, a charity offering a range of care, employment and education services to people with Autism.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the health and social care sector Juliann oversees our LiveWell work and has led our our response to changes in health and social care, in particular the ongoing NHS reforms.
Rob joined us in 1989 having previously worked in a variety of finance roles in the manufacturing industry. Having had two spells as Acting Finance Director, Rob moved into the role of Finance Director in April 2001 where he oversees our finance and IT departments.
During his time at the association, he has occupied a number of positions in the finance team and his work has included preparing our business plans and treasury management policy, and introducing new accounting software.
Miranda has worked in regeneration and development for over 25 years. A landscape architect and urban designer, she has led an award-winning community regeneration programme in north Sheffield as well as other programmes in South Yorkshire.
More recently she held the posts of Interim Director of Housing and Director of Commissioning (Housing and Adult Social Care) at Sheffield City Council. As Business Development Director Miranda is responsible for our strategic asset management, development programme, enterprise, our commercial subsidiaries, marketing and communications.
