This year, for the first time, we invited our Involved Customers List to ask us a question for the Annual Review. The responses were brilliant, with topics ranging from sustainability, to value for money, to providing skips in our communities. It was great to learn more about issues that are important to you, and share more about our work, plans, and how we’re listening to feedback.
