Tenant Satisfaction Measures are a new system for measuring the performance of social landlords. They are being introduced by the Government from 1st April 2023 to monitor how well we’re doing at providing quality homes and services, and to understand how we can make improvements.

The measures include collecting and sharing data on how we are doing at completing repairs, keeping homes safe, and engaging with our customers.

In the next couple of months, we will start to gather feedback from our customers on how they think we’re doing. Our partner Viewpoint will be contacting South Yorkshire Housing Association customers to ask how we are doing as a landlord. We’ll share more information about this soon.

The first year’s results will be available in the spring/summer of 2024. You will be able to look at them and compare how we are doing with other landlords. You can find out more about the Tenant Satisfaction Measures here.
