If you’re a South Yorkshire Housing Association customer*, create your account on my.syha.co.uk to…

  • Pay your rent online, and view your balance
  • View your repairs history
  • Update your details

To get started, follow the steps below. And then, you can enjoy using our online services at any time of day or night – whenever suits you.

1⃣ Go to my.syha.co.uk and click ‘login’ on the top right of your screen.
2⃣ Select ‘register’ and fill in your details.
3⃣ You’ll then receive a confirmation email – click the link in the email to complete your registration.
4⃣ The email link will take you to the login page. Fill in your details to log in again, and follow the steps to validate your account.
5⃣ You can quickly get to your account by clicking My account on the syha.co.uk main menu.
