Making sure we have accurate and up to date information about our customers helps us to offer services that meet your needs. Our Tell Us More survey gives you the opportunity to share information about you and your household.
We’ll use information from the survey to make improvements to our services and support. It may also help us to offer you reasonable adjustments to access our services, such as providing documents in alternative formats like large print.
The survey is quick to complete and, as a thank you, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win £250. There is a new draw every three months.

You’ll still receive our services. However, without certain information, we may not be able to identify if extra help could be available to you.
