Get in touch
If you have any concerns, questions, or ideas for your neighbourhood – please let us know.
You can contact us by calling 0114 2900 200 or 0800 1380 380, or emailing enquiries@syha.co.uk. Our friendly Customer Contact team will pass your message on to your local Neighbourhood Officer, and they will be in touch.
If you experience anti-social behaviour, harassment or nuisance, we will listen to your concerns, assess any risks and agree an appropriate action plan. We will also keep you informed as the case progresses.
Neighbourhood Officers investigate concerns involving individual homes, communal areas and the wider estate. This can include issues such as untidy gardens, fly-tipping, parking, CCTV, and the use of shared spaces.
The team also investigate suspected tenancy fraud. This can include someone not living in their SYHA home, subletting it without permission or providing false information to obtain a tenancy.
