Neighbourhood Officers
Our Neighbourhood Officers can help you manage your tenancy and settle in your home. They also help to resolve issues in your neighbourhood, and work with customers, colleagues and partner organisations to prevent and solve problems.
If you have a suggestion that could improve the appearance, safety or enjoyment of your community, you can also discuss this with your Neighbourhood Officer.

How Neighbourhood Officers can help
If you experience anti-social behaviour, harassment or nuisance, we will listen to your concerns, assess any risks and agree an appropriate action plan. We will also keep you informed as the case progresses.
Neighbourhood Officers investigate concerns involving individual homes, communal areas and the wider estate. This can include issues such as untidy gardens, fly-tipping, parking, CCTV, and the use of shared spaces.
The team also investigate suspected tenancy fraud. This can include someone not living in their SYHA home, subletting it without permission or providing false information to obtain a tenancy.
