Tenant Satisfaction Measures
Every year, we publish our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), which were introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing. TSMs support us to get feedback from our customers to see what’s working well and where we need to improve. Read our TSMs report from 2024-25.
