Our Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey is an opportunity to share your thoughts and feedback.

Our partners at Viewpoint are contacting our customers to ask if they will share their views about the homes and services we offer. Your feedback will be used to make improvements and included in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures data.

Here’s more information about how Viewpoint will get in touch:

  • Viewpoint is contacting customers by phone and email to ask if they will complete a short survey about South Yorkshire Housing Association
  • Your views can be shared anonymously, and you can opt out if you’d prefer
  • You will be contacted approximately every two years to ask if you’d like to take part
  • If you take part, you will be entered into a prize draw to win £250 in high street vouchers.

Your responses will be included in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures data. The data will be published every year, and you will be able to use it to see how we compare to other social housing landlords. Find out more about the Tenant Satisfaction Measures here.
