Interim Strategic Plan 2023-24

Our new Strategic Plan sets out six areas of focus that will help us to fulfil our purpose. The six themes are:

• Reducing our carbon footprint
• New homes and services
• Business resilience
• Governance
• People

The plan will be in place while Larry Gold, our new Chief Executive, develops and leads a longer-term strategy.
