A huge thank you to all our employees, partners, and customers. Throughout a difficult year, everyone was determined to uphold our values by working together, helping each other, and aiming to provide brilliant services and support.
From moments of joy in our extra-care homes, to creating a new Race Action Plan, to fantastic people doing brilliant things in their community (and much more!) the award celebrates everyone’s incredible commitment to fulfilling our purpose. Pam Hankinson (our Board Member and customer) and Helen Phoenix (our Head of Customer Collaboration) travelled down to the awards ceremony on 25th November, and accepted the award on our behalf – it sounds like they had a great time!
We’re looking forward to continuing to innovate, listen and grow. In the next few months, we’ll be starting to work with our new Customer Scrutiny Group to identify opportunities to improve, monitor how we’re doing, and to embed our Customer Promises across the organisation.
